The current call and coupon ban on existing capital instruments as imposed by the European
Commission expires as of 11 March 2013. Following the expiration of the call ban ABN AMRO hereby
announces that it intends to call the following series of Tier 2 instruments (ISIN) in full:

As part of normal capital management activities, ABN AMRO will exercise its right to redeem early each
series of these instruments in full on its respective next interest payment date in accordance with the
respective terms and conditions. ABN AMRO will start sending call notices to holders of the instruments
shortly.
