Further to the revised share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on October 31, 2012, the Company announces that during the period from October 31 until and including November 2, 2012, the Company has repurchased 5,200 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 3.07 per share for a total consideration of EUR 15,949. This is the first release post the announcement of the termination of the previous buy-back programme and the announcement of the revised buy-back programme.
