Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from October 20 until and including October 26, 2012, Company has repurchased 8,661 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 3.06 per share for a total consideration of EUR 26,531. This is the fifty seventh release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 181,856 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 551,067. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
