Bericht Zeewolde, the Netherlands, 4 September 2012 -- In September 2011, NYSE Euronext allocated the ordinary shares of Spyker N.V. (Spyker) to a special segment after Spyker's subsidiary Saab Automobile AB went into voluntary reorganization. NYSE Euronext's listing measure had a term of one year. On 27 August 2012 Spyker announced the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with Youngman, allowing a restructuring of the company. In view hereof, Spyker has applied for an extension of the listing measure. NYSE Euronext has decided to provide Spyker the opportunity to complete the restructuring and granted an extension of the listing measure for a period of six months. Before the expiration of this extension, Spyker anticipates returning to the Official List.
