Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. (“FAIR”) announces that, following the recommended Offer from Dockwise for the remaining shares in Fairstar announced on 16 July 2012, the following primary insider has sold his shares in Fairstar under the terms of the Offer:
Mr Hans Verhagen, Supervisory Board member of Fairstar, has sold 49,778 shares and after this sale of shares holds no shares in Fairstar.
