Re: Invitation for Share Buy-Back Scheme
The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company invites all shareholders to offer to sell back shares held by them up to a limit of 5% of the total number of issued shares (2,838 shares).
The Company has already purchased 2.5% of the shares in each of January 2011 and January 2012 respectively which were subsequently cancelled.
