ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company, announced today that Luc Hellemans (41) has recently been appointed to the position of Managing Director for ARCADIS in Belgium. He will succeed Theo Dilissen who recently left the company. Luc Hellemans will also become a member of the ARCADIS Leadership Council (ALC) and its European Management Team (EMT).
