Mr. Trond Arne Aas, CEO of Funcom, yesterday
exercised 150,000 stock options at NOK 2.85 per
share. Number of shares held after the transaction
are 1,227,825 and number of stock options held once
the transaction has effectively been completed are
250,000, at conditions as previously announced.
The issued share capital of Funcom N.V. after the
capital increase pertaining to the stock option
exercise and the Private Placement as disclosed
earlier today will be EUR 2,650,938.
