Offer to subscribe for bonds raises € 225 million and will be closed early
Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (the Netherlands)[1], 15 June 2012 - Arseus announces today that, in consultation with the Joint Lead Managers (ING Belgium, KBC Bank and BNP Paribas Fortis) and the Co-lead Manager (Belfius Bank), its public offering of bonds in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has been closed after only the first day of the subscription period as the maximum amount of € 225 million has already been raised.
