Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (The Netherlands)[1], 15 June 2012 - Pursuant to Title II of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the Royal Decree of 14 February 2008, Arseus announces today that 61,626 new shares have been issued as a result of the exercise of warrants. These newly issued shares are entitled to dividend as of the 2012 financial year.
