Breda, the Netherlands, 14 June 2012. Reference is made to the rights issue of Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise" or the "Company") with subscription period from 16 May 2012 until 30 May 2012 at 14:00 hours (CET).
Dockwise has now received payment for and delivered all remaining shares in the rights issue. Accordingly, the new issued, paid-up and outstanding share capital of the Company is USD 197,921,255 divided into 39,559,251 common shares and 25,000 preference shares, each with a par value of USD 5.00. Each common share carries the right to cast one vote at Dockwise's general meeting of shareholders, whereas the preference shares do not carry voting rights.
