On 26 April, 1 June and 6 June 2012, employees of
Funcom and other option holders have exercised
455,925 options. The options were part of the
Company's option plan.
In addition reference is made to the stock notice
published 1 June 2012 regarding a conversion notice
with respect to USD 100,000 of the USD 15,000,000
Funcom N.V. 10 per cent Senior Unsecured Convertible
Bond Issue 2011/2014. A total of 72,992 new shares in
Funcom N.V. have been issued today further to this
conversion notice.
Following the above exercise of options and the bond
conversion, the total number of issued and
outstanding shares in Funcom N.V. has been increased
to 62,123,447. Issued share capital of Funcom N.V. is
EUR 2,484,937.88.
