Demand for the shares of Ovostar Union N.V. generated during the accelerated bookbuilding has exceeded the number of shares offered for issue. The price, however, was with some discount to the market price. In the Board of Directors' opinion this price does not reflect the fundamental value of the company and its growth prospects so the Company decided to cancel the new share issue.
