Breda, the Netherlands, 10 May 2012. Reference is made to the announcements by Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise" or the "Company") on 22 April 2012 and 9 May 2012, regarding the Company's rights issue to part-finance the acquisition of Fairstar Heavy Transport N.V. (the "Rights Issue").
The shares of Dockwise will trade exclusive of the right to receive subscription rights in the Rights Issue from and including today 10 May 2012.
