ShalkiyaZinc N.V. (LSE: SKZ) ("ShalkiyaZinc") announces a delay in the publication of its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 (the "Annual Accounts").
Due to internal restructuring the financials have been delayed to provide accurate picture of the diverse business and will be published on 1 June 2012. Pending publication of the Annual Accounts, certain information concerning financial position and results of operation of ShalkiyaZinc as at 30 June 2011, can be obtained from 1H Interim Report 2011, which is available on ShalkiyaZinc's website at www.zinc.kz
