ABN AMRO Insurance, part of Delta Lloyd Group, is taking over the intermediary activities in the commercial general insurance segment for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise sector from ABN AMRO Bank. "In bringing together the insurer and intermediary in a single combination, this transaction fits in with Delta Lloyd Group's strategy, which focuses on simplicity. This will reduce the costs in the distribution chain and give ABN AMRO Insurance an even stronger commercial edge", says Ingrid de Graaf, Managing Director of ABN AMRO Insurance.
