Noteholders.
Class A Noteholders (who are not U.S. persons) are invited to a meeting to be held at 2.30 p.m.
(London time) on Monday 2nd April 2012 at which representatives from TPG and Patron Capital
will formally make such presentation. For Class A Noteholders (who are not U.S. persons) who
are not able to attend the meeting, a dial-in facility will be made available. For information
