Notice to Noteholders

The Issuer hereby notifies the Noteholders that a Note Event of Default has occurred pursuant to
Condition 10(a)(i) as a result of the failure to repay the Principal Amount Outstanding in respect of all
Notes within three days of the Final Maturity Date, falling on 15 February 2012.
Following the occurrence of a Note Event of Default and subject to it continuing, the Class A
Noteholders (as holders of the Most Senior Class of Notes outstanding) may by Extraordinary
Resolution or a written direction by holders of not less than 25 per cent. of the Class A Notes, subject
to the Note Trustee being indemnified and/or secured to its satisfaction, direct the Note Trustee to give notice to the Issuer that all of the Notes are immediately due and repayable. Upon such notice being given to the Issuer, all of the Notes shall immediately become due and repayable and the Issuer Security shall be enforceable.
After the Issuer Security has become enforceable, the Class A Noteholders may by Extraordinary
Resolution or a written direction by holders of not less than 25 per cent. of the Class A Notes, subject
to the Note Trustee being indemnified and/or secured to its satisfaction, direct the Note Trustee to
enforce the Issuer Security.
