The Issuer hereby gives notice to all holders of the Notes that the Issuer did not receive payment of
principal amount outstanding of the Senior Loan and as a result did not have sufficient funds to repay
all the Principal Amount Outstanding in respect of all Notes on the Final Maturity Date, falling on 15
February 2012. If the failure to repay the Principal Amount Outstanding in respect of all the Notes is
not remedied within three days of the Final Maturity Date, a Note Event of Default will occur pursuant
to Condition 10(a)(i).
