The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that on January 27, 2012 the Landesbank Baden-Wuerttenberg has signed a Loan agreement to provide financing to Ancor Investments Ltd (a subsidiary of ASTARTA Holding N.V.)
The financing in amount of EUR 9.3 mln. would comprise non-secured long-term loan for 7 years covered by insurance policy of Euler Hermes. The proceeds of the loan would be granted to finance the purchase of agricultural equipment.
Legal basis: art. 56. section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offerings in conjunction with art. 5 section 1 point 3 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws from 2005 Nr 209, item 1744).
