RE: Re-domiciliation of Leo Capital Growth SPC From Cayman Islands to Ireland
The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has successfully re-domiciled to Ireland from the Cayman Islands by way of continuation subsequent to both a management shareholder vote on 26th October 2011 and participating shareholder vote held on 25th November 2011, both in favour of the re-domiciliation and consequent changes to the Company's M&A, Investment Manager and name change to Leo Capital Growth SPC Plc.
