YATRA CAPITAL ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF RETAINED PUBLIC RELATIONS ADVISERS
Yatra Capital Limited (“Yatra” or “the Group”), the first Euronext quoted company to have a mandate to invest in Indian real estate, is pleased to announce the appointment of College Hill as its retained Public Relations adviser, with effect from August 1, 2011.
The Yatra team at College Hill – led by two of the firm’s Partners, Gareth David and Mike Davies – will be working closely with Yatra management to build the Group’s profile amongst targeted investment and media audiences, and to provide strategic support at times of corporate activity.
