With reference to the press release of 20 May 2011 regarding the adoption and payment of the final dividend for financial year 2010 Delta Lloyd Group announces that the number of dividend rights entitling the holder to 4 new ordinary shares (with a nominal value of € 0.20 each) has been determined at 105 (or 1 : 26.25).
Based on the weighted average quoted closing price of the Delta Lloyd share on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext ("Euronext") for the five consecutive trading days from 3 June 2011 to 9 June 2011 (inclusive) of approximately € 15.75, 4/105th part of an ordinary share represents a value of € 0.60, which is equal to the value of the cash dividend of € 0.60.
