Aviva's extraordinary general meeting approved the sale of 25 million shares Delta Lloyd NV today. Aviva offered these shares via accelerated book building as announced on 12 April. After the expected settlement of the deal on 6 May Aviva's holds approximately 43% of Delta Lloyd Group's shares, increasing Delta Lloyd Group's free float to approximately 56%.
