Standard & Poor`s today announced a change in the ratings of the Delta Lloyd Group rated entities. The ratings of Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering NV and Delta Lloyd Schadeverzekering NV have been changed to A from A+. The rate of Delta Lloyd NV has changed to BBB+ from A-. The rating of the Delta Lloyd Euro Commercial Paper programme (A-2) remains unchanged. The outlook `stable` is retained for all entities.
