TIE: Conversion of Convertible Bonds
TIE Holding N.V. (“TIE”) reports that it will place 2.393.617 new shares following the conversion of convertible bonds.
The Convertible Bonds were issued April 1, 2010 to the former shareholders of TIE MamboFive B.V. in connecting with the acquisition of TIE MamboFive B.V. The Convertible Bonds with a price amount of EUR 450.000 in total, at a conversion price of 0.188 will now be converted into ordinary shares TIE Holding N.V. The transaction will be completed next week. The total number of shares in issue following this placement will amount to 84.595.421.
As a result of the issue of shares, the interest in the Company held by P.P. van Schaick, member of the Supervisory Board of TIE goes down. P.P. van Schaick has notified the AFM that his total interest in TIE has fallen below the 25% due to dilution.
