Breda, the Netherlands, 18 December 2010. Reference is made to the rights issue of Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise" or the "Company"), where the subscription period ended on 13 December 2010 and the final results were announced on 14 December 2010.
Following delivery of shares in the rights issue, including the fee shares pursuant to the subscription agreements dated 19 September 2010 and 1 October 2010, the new issued and outstanding share capital of Dockwise is USD 126,311,000 divided in 25,262,200 common shares, each with a par value of USD 5.00. Dockwise confirms that the common shares are validly and legally issued, fully paid up, properly registered with the relevant register and admitted to trading at Oslo Børs and NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.
