HALIFAX, Nova Scotia. December 3, 2010 - (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: HII) - Richard Homburg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest” or the “Company”) announced today that holders representing 77% of the Homburg Bonds series 8, 9, 10 and 11 have voted 88% in favour of proposed amendments to the trust indenture dated May 31, 2006. For each series of Homburg Bonds, the required quorum (2/3 of the principal amount of all of the outstanding Bonds) has been fulfilled, enabling a decision in writing.
