Amsterdam, the Netherlands, November 15 - Ahold has repurchased 2,105,392 Ahold common shares in the period from November 8, 2010 up to and including November, 12, 2010. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 9.7564 per share for a total consideration of € 20.54 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on March 4, 2010.
