Guernsey, 19 October 2010 -The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company" or "Volta"), having considered that the Company satisfies the solvency test as required by The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, decided to recommend at its last meeting a dividend of €0.16 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31 July 2010, amounting to €4.8 million. Its level corresponds to an annual yield of 10% applied on the Company's Net asset Value, excluding cash, as of the end of the semi-annual period.
