The mayor and aldermen of the Municipality of Teylingen and Terra Ontwikkeling, a joint venture between Heijmans Property Development and NIBC, have in principle agreed to construct over 400 homes in the Hooghkamer planning district in Voorhout. It is an important step towards the construction of the first homes of the 840 homes planned for that district. The first application for a building permit is still expected before the end of the year.
