Draka announces that it has redeemed its € 100 million 4% Convertible Subordinated Bonds ("the Bonds"), as issued by Draka in 2005. From the € 100 million of Bonds initially issued € 25,715,000 of Bonds was still outstanding, which amount has now been redeemed.
The redemption is financed out of Draka's existing financing resources.
