Amsterdam, the Netherlands - Ahold has repurchased 452,443 Ahold common shares in the period from July, 26 2010 up to and including July, 30 2010. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 9.9269 per share for a total consideration of € 4.49 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on March 4, 2010.
