Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (Netherlands)*, 7 June 2010 - Arseus discloses the information with respect to the acquisition of treasury shares required under the new Article 207 of the Royal Decree of 30 January 2001 implementing the Belgian Company Code.
Arseus today announces that during the period from 28 May to 7 June, it acquired 34,177 treasury shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels.
