Amsterdam, 3 May 2010 – Heineken N.V. announced today that following the successful closing of the FEMSA beer businesses acquisition it has increased the maximum value of the first phase of its existing share buyback programme to €200 million. This first phase of the programme, that will complete at the end of 8 June 2010, was announced on 8 March 2010.
