Gouda - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe) has announced that it has acquired the Swedish technical services provider FCC Sprinkler & Service AB. This acquisition contributes directly to the revenue per share.
René van der Bruggen, CEO Imtech: 'FCC Sprinkler & Service fits in perfectly with our existing sprinkler activities in the Nordic region. This acquisition will increase our scale and geographical radius of activity. From a technological point of view, we will be able to provide more added value to a broader client base.
