Zwanenburg April 13, 2010. 3W Power Holding Limited (formerly Germany1 Euronext: “GAL1 S”), the holding company of AEG Power Solutions has issued a notification to its shareholders for a shareholders meeting implement the migration of its registration to Luxemburg and to take the form of société anonyme, becoming consequently 3W Power Holding SA.
The shareholder meeting will take place on May 7 at 11:00, at 14, rue Erasme, L-1468, Luxembourg . Shareholders can exercise their vote electronically via Euronext Amsterdam as set forth in the notice of meeting.
In addition the notice including the proxy statement has been posted on the company’s website.
