Bericht OctoPlus N.V. (“OctoPlus”, or the “Company”) (Euronext: OCTO) announces today that it has successfully completed an equity raising of € 4.0 million through a private placement of ordinary shares with new and existing investors (the “Offering”). In addition, the Company has obtained a new credit facility of up to € 2.0 million. Following the completion of these financings the Company positions itself for a financially secure future as it continues to grow its drug delivery service business.
