Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 27, 2009 (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: HII) - Mr. Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest” or “HII”) announces that he will announce HII’s 2nd Quarter 2009 results on August 7th, 2009. Mr. Homburg will subsequently moderate a conference call on August 10th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (A.S.T.) where the 2nd Quarter results for 2009 and any relevant upcoming events for HII will be discussed. The conference call will be led and moderated by Mr. Richard Homburg, Chair and CEO of Homburg Invest with additional commentary by Mr. Richard Stolle, President and COO and Mr. Jamie Miles, VP and CFO.
