TIE Holding N.V. ("TIE") announced today that the CEO, Jan Sundelin exercises 50,000 options.
The options were granted on June 3, 2008, as part of the investment plan. TIE will issue new shares. The total number of shares outstanding following this issue will amount to 64,226,818.
