Correction: adjustment conversion price convertible bonds

Almere, 14 May 2009 - USG People N.V. announced on 4 May 2009 that the conversion price of the outstanding 3% subordinated convertible bonds due 2012, is being adjusted from € 17.91 to € 16.18. This is now being adjusted to the correct conversion price of € 17.40.
The adjusted conversion price is effective as of 15 May 2009, the date on which the dividend is distributed.
