Almere, 4 May 2009 - USG People N.V. announces that the conversion price of the outstanding 3% subordinated convertible bonds due 2012, issued by USG People in October 2005, is being adjusted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the convertible bonds. The conversion price is being adjusted from € 17.91 to € 16.18.
