Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 20 March 2009 - Spyker Cars N.V., manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars, has decided to change the date of publication of the Year Results 2008 because of the
recent change of Chief Financial Officer. Hans Go joined Spyker only this week on March 15th. The Company will now present the 2008 full year results on April 7, 2009 instead of the initially published date of March 27, 2009. The date of the annual General Shareholders Meeting of April 23, 2009 remains unchanged.
