Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider, today announced the resignation of two of its directors, Prof. Krishna G Palepu, Non-Executive Director and Mr. Vinod K Dham, Non-Executive & Independent Director, from its Board.
B. Ramalinga Raju, Chairman and Founder said, “We would like to thank them for their valuable contributions, while serving on our Board”.
“Amongst other items that are being taken up for consideration in the Board meeting scheduled on Jan 10, 2009, reconstitution of the Board will be an important item.” Raju added
