GOUDA - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has acquired German ICT specialist Neo GmbH. With its 45 employees, Neo realised revenues of 4 million euro in 2007. Neo is being integrated into Imtech's German ICT division, to augment Imtech's ICT portfolio in Germany. The management of Neo will stay on after the acquisition, thus guaranteeing continuity.
