Fortis kondigt vandaag een Core Tier 1 kapitaaltransactie aan (“NITSH II” of “Non-Innovative
Subordinated Tier-1 Hybrid Securities II”). Deze transactie, de tweede in haar soort, is niet
verwaterend, wordt in euro’s uitgegeven en richt zich hoofdzakelijk op (particuliere en
institutionele) beleggers in heel Europa.
