Today Grontmij signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Teldako AB, an electrical consultancy and engineering firm with 25 professionals in Sweden.
Teldako is an expanding company within electrical engineering, telecommunications, automation and instrument engineering. In the year 2007 a turnover of approximately
€ 2,2 mln was achieved. Teldako will promptly contribute to the earnings per share.
