Amsterdam, 15 April 2008 --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, 13 May 2008 at 10.00 CET at Hotel Okura, Ferdinand Bolstraat 333, 1072 LH Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The record date for the Annual General Meeting is Monday 28 April 2008. All registered shareholders on that date shall be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
