Gouda, The Netherlands, 3 April 2008 - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces the acquisition of the ICT (information and communication technology) company REAL Solutions Group Ltd. in the UK. The purchase price (including earn-out) is based on six times the EBITA and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will contribute directly to the profit per share. The management of REAL Solutions will stay on after the acquisition.
