Zeewolde, 28 December 2007 – Today the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal (Ondernemingskamer) ruled in AFM's challenge of Spyker Cars N.V.'s financial accounts 2006. The Enterprise Chamber ruled on all accounts in favour of Spyker Cars N.V., manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars. As a consequence Spyker does not have to restate its 2006 financial accounts.
